Founded in 1953, JPW has built a reputation for quality and commitment our customers have come to rely on. Symbolizing this commitment, JPW was the first dual AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) certified company in New York State. As such, we are not only able to serve our customers needs from fabrication through erection, but we also have the capabilities to deliver those services anywhere in the country.
JPW Erectors sought and received Advanced Certified Steel Erector certification by the AISC because we are committed to the quality of our work and the safety of our personnel. This certification requires that our policies regarding quality and safety exceed industry norms. JPW was ranked number one for safe job site practices by the AISC in 2007 and 2008. In addition to quality and safety standards that exceed those of industry, JPW Erectors brings a wealth of experience to every project. We have erected everything from small retail buildings to complex commercial, governmental, institutional, and educational structures. Our crews enjoy meeting the unique demands every project presents and have consistently delivered on time and within budget. Also, our “miscellaneous” crews bring specialized expertise to every project including stairs of varying degrees of complexity, from standard to ornamental, as well as railings, fencing, gates, canopies, ladders, mezzanines, structural reinforcement, and many other job specific skills. Supplementing our expertise in the field is our large fleet of company owned equipment, including cranes ranging from 8 ton to 650 ton capacities, as well as aerial lifts, fork/boom lifts, trucks and trailers. This allows JPW to provide the right equipment for every project at a considerable savings to our customers.
Combined, our commitment to quality and safety, our field expertise, and our specialized equipment allows JPW Erectors to provide our customers with the highest craftsmanship without the delays and added costs of injuries, rework, and insufficient equipment.
