Giovanni Foods in Baldwinsville reached out to us with a unique project to restore one of their pressurized Finishing Kettles.  Larry, our top stainless welder, stripped the kettle down, repaired all of the leaks, reinsulated the kettle and reassembled the unit. The kettle was then pressure tested to ensure proper operation. The photos below show the project from start to finish. We can smell the spices already!
